Have you had a titration sleep study? If not, I would think if you brought the machine to the sleep lab they would set it for you in the morning. At least that's what they did for me when I had my loaner REMStar.
If you have, and you know your optimal pressure, perhaps your sleep doctor can help?
I'm sure most of the knowledgable people on this list would advise you against tweeking it yourself.
